Rights Management - Design Redesign 🔒
The role configuration space has been modernized to be clearer, more readable and faster.
On the program:
- Tabrenamed to “Roles” (instead of “Templates”)
- Direct accessto members associated with a role (by clicking on the number of members in the table)
- More explicit editabilityrules (default roles vs custom roles)
- dynamicrights counters activated (global + by category)
- Descriptions visibledirectly under each right (no need to open tooltips anymore)

Rights Management - New “Edit Favorites” right ❤️
You can now
choose whether a manager can (or not) modify favorite job sites.
⚠️ Note: no retroactivity, this right is not activated by default. If you want to use it, you will need to update your custom roles.

Career site - Categories hidden if no references detected 🌍
In the career site edition, the
“ Categories” option no longer appears if no reference is configured or discoverable

Error reporting is only available for some jobboards

You can now add Tags to your offers directly when they are created.
What is changing:
- Configureyour Offer Tags from Settings → Tags → “Offer Tags” tab (create, edit, delete).
- When creatingan offer or an offer template,selectone or more Offer Tags to associate them.
- These allow you to refine the searchon thedashboardandthe organizationof your offers
💡 Example:
Your offers are classified by business files (e.g. Sales Department, Marketing Department). With Deal Tags, you can add more granularity, such as a Contract Type or City tag, in order to find them more easily.This is a first step, if you have

Redesign of quick actions from the candidate form
🔥By opening a candidate file, you can now see the main actions in mind:
- Admin & Manager: Edit, Assign, Share, Transfer, Archive
- Collaborator: only Assign and Share

💡 For the Administrator and Manager roles, you can always access other actions via the three small dots at the top right: Add to the agenda, Add a task, Apply, Hide, Hide, Generate a resume.

Background work on scores
⭐ Substantive work has been done to make reliable, better manage and synchronize the scores assigned** to candidates between the candidate sheet and the kanban.

When a score was reset, it could be incorrectly counted as a “0.”
