Detecting duplicates
When a Candidate form is archived and this candidate repostulates, Flatchr does not detect the duplicate. It would be interesting if Flatchr detected this type of duplicate: 1/ to avoid having a multitude of Candidate sheets for a single candidate 2/ to count the number of applications sent by the same candidate

Add benefits to the dropdown list
We have benefits that can come back often. Example âtravel allowance.â It would be interesting to be able to add them to the drop-down menu in the settings to gain time and visibility for the offers

[Statistics] Get statistics on account activity
As a member with access to statistics, I want to have statistics on account activity (Dar, Co-option, Members, Number of archived, active, distributed, created during the month,...) in order to measure adoption, improve the distribution of workload and manage my various recruitment processes

[ATS] Email confidentiality
Any role can see email exchanges with candidates. This may raise questions of confidentiality in purely HR exchanges, in particular concerning contractual data (salary, administrative documents, etc.). It would be nice to be able to compartmentalize this so that administrators can choose whether they want it to be visible or not.

[Candidate status] Possibility to archive candidates at the same time as the offer
When archiving an offer, an automatic email is sent to the candidates remaining in the process; however, they are not archived at the same time as the offer. Would it be possible to do this in order not to distort the statistics and ensure a clean CV library?

Separate reasons for recruitment and reasons for withdrawal in the statistics
The statistics show the %ages of Reasons for Recruitment, which today combines both the %ages of recruitment and withdrawal, making a statistic that is not very readable. A statistic also shows the %ages of Reasons for Refusal. But the reasons for withdrawal would allow us to see where to progress as a company in terms of our employer brand, our recruitment process, our offer in terms of job content, salary, etc.

[ATS] Hide a fish tank
Today it is possible to hide an archived offer. The idea would be to transfer this logic to the fish tanks.
