Improving the detection and reliability of key information extracted from CVs: Email address Phone number Name/First name Data consistency checks - Set up checks between: Data from parsing/Pre-filled data in ATS Data from external sources (e.g. HelloWork) Alert system in case of inconsistency - Add alert or validation messages in the following cases: Diverging data between CV and ATS fields (e.g. different email) Data missing or partially detected Invalid formats (e.g. non-compliant email) Objective: Improve the reliability of candidate data and secure their use in recruitment processes.
