[Candidate sheet] Hide sensitive data (administrative documents)
Today it is possible to consult a candidate's administrative documents via the ATS in addition to his CV and his LM. Once recruitment is in place, it would be nice to be able to hide this data so that it is not accessible to all.

Selection of access to files and bulk offers
Very useful improvement: being able to select several folders when setting the scope of action (access to files and offers). To date, accesses are on a case-by-file basis. Integrate a multiple choice system with a single click.

Extraction members and perimeters
Expected improvement: possibility of extracting an excel/csv file of user members as well as the assigned profile and the scope of access to offers (name of services, management, etc.). Selection of accesses in the livewell offers

Be able to view archived candidates in archived offers
When I archive an offer, I only see the candidates who were still active in the process. However, I would like to be able to find archived candidates in the same way as when my offer was active (without having to go through manual sorting in the CV library, which takes me time).

The space in the âcover letterâ box when creating a candidate is too small, the number of characters allowed is not large enough, I am forced to save as a Word doc and put it in a document attached to the file instead of copy/paste a candidate's motivation email into this âcover letterâ area.
