ATS

Today it is possible to consult a candidate's administrative documents via the ATS in addition to his CV and his LM. Once recruitment is in place, it would be nice to be able to hide this data so that it is not accessible to all.

It would be nice to have one question (from the form) per column in the csv export. This will make it easier to read and sort

When you close a task, it is no longer possible to see which application it was attached to. It would be interesting to have a visual on this history.

When you consult the profiles in the CV library, the same candidate can come out on several lines if he has applied to different ads. It would be relevant to have one line per candidate in order to have a more accurate picture of the different profiles without duplicates.

When a candidate applies to several offers or several times to the same offer, flatchr does not indicate this. Rejection messages can therefore be sent several times to the same candidate. Or you can validate a candidate and then refuse the second application and send him a rejection message, which does not make sense for the candidate. I think it would be urgent to find a solution for this.

Be able to broadcast on all the job sites marked as favorites instead of having to select them one by one

There is no possibility of blacklisting a candidate. However, it is very disabling. We should be able to be notified that a candidate is blacklisted in our company and be able to see it either when the candidate applies again. Or that flatchr can automatically refuse the candidate.

Today, when you archive offers, they are ranked from the oldest to the most recent. For a more fluid and faster use, it would be more appropriate to display them in the opposite order: from the most recent to the oldest.

Allow the generation of a QR Code from an offer in order to be able to download and use it in advertisements or advertising posters. Its use redirects directly to the offer. The QR Code can be configured to adapt to the customer's color code.
