It would be interesting to follow up on interviews via a dedicated tab, such as an agenda on Flatchr connected to your external agenda (Meet, Microsoft...)
This tab would provide an overview of upcoming interviews, conducted or in progress. In addition, on each candidate sheet, it would also be interesting to display the date of the interview as well as a link to an automatic reminder as the interview approaches.

I would like to have, on each candidate sheet and in the global view, visibility on the next scheduled interview. You should be able to schedule the interview directly via Flatchr (link with Google Meet, Zoom, etc.). This would allow you to have a quick and overview of the progress of candidates in the recruitment process and to be able to only switch to Flatchr to complete the recruitment process.
