[Candidate communication] - Have a no-reply email address

We receive a lot of emails from candidates who have received negative answers, it would be nice to have the possibility of having a no-reply email address to avoid having candidates waiting for a response, which we cannot provide.

Rejection email

Candidates can now respond to rejection emails. Is it possible to use a noreply account to avoid getting feedback that we could not manage (in quantity) and therefore create frustration? Thanks.

Black list a candidate
Simon Gay
There is no possibility of blacklisting a candidate. However, it is very disabling. We should be able to be notified that a candidate is blacklisted in our company and be able to see it either when the candidate applies again. Or that flatchr can automatically refuse the candidate.

Fully agree, or even without going so far as to an automatic refusal, to be able to visually add a little something to the candidate form, for example a “attention: blacklisted” sign

It could also be combined with a noreply address when a candidate sends back a message.
