[ATS] Do not count an unrated skill as 0
Manon Jaouen
Currently, when a candidate is evaluated via the “Assessment” tab on their form, any skill that is not scored is automatically considered to have a score of 0, which has a negative impact on the overall score. However, in some cases, the user does not want to assign a grade to this criterion, either because he did not evaluate it or because another evaluator is supposed to do so.
It would therefore be relevant for unrated skills not to be taken into account in calculating the average, in order to avoid distorting the candidate's overall score.

Good morning
Thank you for your suggestion, it has been taken into account.
We are currently studying a solution to change the evaluation logic in order to:
— allow the reset of a score assigned by mistake,
— and ensure that scores that have not been completed are no longer considered to have a score of 0 in the calculation of the overall score.
These improvements aim to make the assessment more faithful to your field use, especially in cases where certain scores are not applicable or must be met by another stakeholder in the process.
We will keep you informed here as soon as this subject evolves on the product side!
Thanks again for your feedback ☀

Of the same opinion as Laurent.

Yes, this seems necessary to me because currently the grades are artificially degraded in the event of non-completion of a score on a skill that is not applicable for a given position.
