Hello, it would be nice to have an offer dedicated to the internship as well as for spontaneous applications with a different button on the career site. it would allow us to adapt our process and therefore the automatic emails. Thanks in advance

Even if there is currently no dedicated internship offer with a specific button as for spontaneous applications, it is entirely possible to adapt your recruitment process, your automatic messages and your career site for internships via several levers already available in Flatchr:
- Create an “Internship” folder
This allows you to define a specific visibility of columns on the kanban and to associate dedicated automatic messages.
- Adapt the process directly to the level of the offer
From the kanban, the “Columns” tab allows you to hide or make visible only the steps that are useful in your internship process.
- Customize automatic messages
You can create automatic messages and apply restrictions to them by offer or by file, in order to have specific communications for internships.
- Career site side
It is not customary to add a specific button separate from that of the other offers (as for the spontaneous application).
On the other hand, on the premium career site, you can use the category system to organize and highlight your offers by type of contract, profession, city, etc. (e.g. internship, work-study program, permanent contract, etc.).
