We have redesigned the
management of consent collection
as well as the access of candidates to their data, in order to make the whole clearer and more coherent, both on the configuration side and on the candidate side.
- Addition of a link to the candidate spacedirectly on your career site (data management)
- Removal of the mandatory double checkboxduring the application: only the text entered in the field âPlease enter the text to obtain the consent of the candidatesâ is now displayed
- Possibility to make consent mandatory or optional
- Addition of a field to fill in your privacy policyand make it searchable by candidates

all the RGPD configuration visible on your career site is done directly from the career site editor

DPO/RGPD tab remains dedicated to the internal configuration
(data retention period and DPO contact)

Hellowork distribution: more flexible integration đ
Hellowork integration is evolving
to adapt to more specific uses.
Now you can:
- choose the type of statussent (refusal, interview, etc.)
- select the kanban columncorresponding to the action
Thus, when
moving a candidate into a target column
, the status
is automatically transmitted to Hellowork
.đĄ This evolution mainly responds to
recruitment processes that do not systematically require the archiving of applications
. đĄ Sending these statuses is essential for
obtaining the Super Recruiter badge on the Hellowork side
Broadcast on Hellowork is chargeable, this feature is only available for accounts that have activated jobboarding.

Good news: you can now
select several grades when broadcast
on Territorial Employment.Result
: better visibility of your offers and more application opportunities. 
Information specific to Territorial Employment (grade & type of position) cannot be modified after distribution. In case of modification, it is necessary to duplicate the offer and to rebroadcast it.
