Today, the sector and job fields, generated automatically, have an impact on the filters on the career site. Being able to edit them would allow better control over the data displayed in these filters.

I would like to have visibility on the status of my broadcasts. Bonus to have a kind of recap/history on my offer directly.

Currently we can create TAGS to more easily search the CV library for relevant profiles. Unfortunately the visual is not practical, in fact we are limited to tags of 8-10 letters before our words are cut in half...
